This Privacy Policy explains how AI From Scratch ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the website at getaifromscratch.com (the "Site") or engage our services. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. The data we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address and the contents of any message when you use our contact or enquiry forms, and any information you share with us during an engagement.
- Information collected automatically — limited technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to operate and secure the Site, and any data set through cookies (see our Cookie Notice).
3. How we use your data and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request — to perform a contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering one.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site — our legitimate interests in running our business safely and effectively.
- To send you updates or newsletters where you have asked us to — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including:
- Resend — to deliver and process emails sent through our contact form;
- Cloudflare — to host the Site and provide content delivery and security.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process personal data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data only for as long as necessary to respond to you, to provide any services, and to keep reasonable business records, after which it is securely deleted.
